Marshall joined Wayne Cooperative Insurance Company in 1992 and in 1995 was appointed as Claims Manager. In 1998, Marshall was named Vice-President of claims.  Marshall acts as the Catastrophe Coordinate Office and SIU Fraud Officer for the company.  In March of 2000 Marshall earned his Casualty Claims Law Specialist (CCLS) from the American Educational Institute.  Furthermore, Marshall has earned a Building Damage Estimating Certification from Vale National 1990 and a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego in 1986.  Marshall has over twenty years of multi-line claims adjusting experience.

As VP of Information Technology, Dan is leading the technology efforts at Wayne Cooperative which include the design and development of Web and in house software applications, server, networking, telecommunication and facility maintenance. As Chief Information Officer, Dan is also responsible for the management of information dissemination within and outside the company. Dan joined the Wayne Cooperative team on November 1^st, 2003.  Prior to that, Dan serviced Wayne Cooperative as an independent technology consultant since April of 2000 providing information system and software support.
