The Wayne Cooperative Commercial
Policy program offers property and liability
coverage for certain types of businesses. This
product is designed to help our policy holder
receive the necessary coverage to deal with business
exposure risks. Also, included in our commercial
program is equipment “floater” coverage for
equipment that may be transported. |

important to note that all risks are subject to
underwriting and certain risks are not eligible to
be written with the Wayne Cooperative Insurance
Company. |

Cooperative Insurance Company is licensed in New
York State. Statutorily, we are unable to write
business in the counties of New York (Manhattan),
Kings, Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Bronx. In
addition, we do not write in Nassau or Suffolk
counties. |
