The Wayne Cooperative Homeowners Policy Program
offers insurance coverage for owner occupied
dwellings containing no more than four families and
being used primarily for residential purposes. The
program can include but is not limited to coverage
for dwellings, personal property, other structures
and liability. |

important to note that all risks are subject to
underwriting and certain risks are not eligible to
be written with the Wayne Cooperative Insurance
Company. |

Cooperative Insurance Company is licensed in New
York State. Statutorily, we are unable to write
business in the counties of New York (Manhattan),
Kings, Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Bronx. In
addition, we do not write in Nassau or Suffolk
counties. |
